Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 5, 2025

Overview

Welcome to Shine On Inclusivity. By purchasing from or interacting with our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our goal is to provide affordable, high-quality products that support individuals served by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and others seeking inclusive, adaptive supplies.

These terms apply to all users of our site, including customers, families, case managers, and contractors.

Purpose of Our Products

Shine On Inclusivity provides specialized equipment and supplies to support sensory regulation, safety, independence, and community participation.
Our products are not medical devices unless specifically stated by the manufacturer. Always consult with a licensed healthcare or therapy professional before using products for therapeutic or medical purposes.

Orders and Quotes

  • Orders may be placed directly or through DDA case managers and authorized payees.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
  • We can provide annual or recurring invoices (monthly or quarterly shipments) for ongoing needs.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices if supplier costs or shipping rates change, but we will always notify you before processing.

If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or back order option.

Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due as outlined on your invoice or funding authorization.
  • For DDA-funded items, Shine On Inclusivity will bill the appropriate funding source once approval is received.
  • For private pay, all major credit cards and purchase orders are accepted.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in a hold on future orders until balances are resolved.

All pricing reflects fair and reasonable market rates as expected under DDA SES guidelines.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to all counties in Washington State.
  • Most items are shipped within 5–10 business days once approval or payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional time.
  • You will receive tracking information when available.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Returns and Replacements

Because many of our items are used for personal, sensory, or medical needs, returns are limited for health and safety reasons. We will, however, replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if an issue arises. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can process your request quickly.

Quotes and DDA Approvals

Shine On Inclusivity provides quotes and item descriptions designed to align with DDA Specialized Equipment & Supplies (SES) requirements.
Final approval of any item is at the discretion of DDA and your case manager.
We are happy to modify quotes or provide documentation to help with funding requests.

Confidentiality and Client Information

We follow all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws.
Any personal or medical information shared with Shine On Inclusivity will be used only to process orders, coordinate with DDA, or fulfill state record-keeping requirements.
For details, please review our full Privacy Policy.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and as intended.
Always supervise children or vulnerable individuals during product use and follow manufacturer guidelines.
Shine On Inclusivity is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification of products.

Limitation of Liability

Shine On Inclusivity will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or funding approvals
  • Misuse or modification of products after delivery

Our total liability is limited to the replacement or refund value of the product purchased.
